Drink RAW milk.most people who cannot digest the product that they call milk
in the stores (pasteurized) do very well on raw milk.
Check realmilk.com on places near you that you can find it. This site also
explains why raw milk is so much better for you.

Taking milk is a common practice. Most of us are highly unaware of the fact
that they are not digesting milk properly. For children it is almost a must.
