[oils_herbs_etc] Labeling of Essential Oils ** Was: Using EO in Foods



in my training as an aromatherapist i was trained "external use only". i have used cinnamon, peppermint, lemon in food products. i was wondering how it would compare to, for instance, lemon extract. i use a lot of this. what amount of eo would you suggest to replace like 1t? thanx
