Hello Essentially Ours members,

I often am asked HOW to access archived messages. I'm
setting this up to go out twice monthly as a reminder to
everyone.

If you do not have a Yahoo ID, that will be your first
thing to accomplish. The Yahoo ID allows you to access
archived messages, Files, Polls, etc. Without the ID
you can only send/receive messages via email.

If you go to the home page of the group (click on link
to Visit Group on Web at the bottom of each email) there
will be a link to get your Yahoo ID. Click on that and
follow those steps (if you HAVE an ID, click on the link
to Sign In)

If you have trouble with this process, email me at
marylousmith@att.net
and I will send you a Request for Profile which will walk
you through the steps to get your Yahoo ID.

To access archived messages, once you are logged in with
your ID, you go to the home page of the group:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/EssentiallyOurs/
and click on Messages on the left hand side of the page.
On the Message home screen, there is search box where you
type some key words for what you are looking for. If you
need an exact phrase, you can put the words in quotation
marks. There is also an Advanced Search option right next
to the search box.

If you would like to change your delivery options

corresponding option that you would like.  It takes
