[Essentially Ours] 3 Oils to lower Cholesterol--whole story
Well Stephanie, I guess I should start over from the very beginning. I was
thinking that everyone could read my mind I guess. I just assumed everyone
was knowing what we were talking about, ssssoooo. I am waiting for my
little granddaughter to come over for my "baby fix"--she is just 2 weeks
old. But no excuse. Here is my info in one capsule

 Subject: high cholesterol

Hello everyone and thanks to those who sent responses to my request in Jan.
I was to go have my blood work done in Feb. for the cardiologist in
particular and he keeps wanting me to go on statins and I really can't
tolerate them, but that was beside the point. Well I wanted to try the oils
so sent the request. I read them all and decided this regimen:
     2 drops Lavender
     2 drops Lemongrass
2 drops Rosemary all in a veggie capsule.
One in am and one in pm.
I only did this for 3 1/2 weeks and I know it was the oils that helped as I
wasn't watching my food intake so much over Christmas . My cholesteol
(total) at the last testing was 263-----Now it is 222----now how about
that---down 41 points in that short time. Of course I will continue this
 regimen for awhile.

Hi Fran - looking over old PH emails -
Did you ever get your results back? Did the three oils (Lavender, Lemongrass
& Rosemary) work to lower your cholesterol? (if you are willing to tell me!
:)) (I bet others on PH would like to know too!)
 thanks,
 Stephanie Fitzpatrick

Hi---I am sorry I totally forgot to get back to all of you with the results
of my blood work after going back on the oils again. To start with last Jan
(2008) I had only used the oils for three weeks and my original blood work
was 263- and went down to 222. They were happy but not happy that I would
still not go on the cholesterol lowering drugs. So to prove a point to them
and to myself I stopped the oils and it went up to 289. I then went back on
the oils and it went back to 238 (in Mar 2009) and the LDL and HDL were in
normal range-at least the preventive med. dr I also go to was happy. But not
the cardiologist. They are still plugging away for their drugs. Good luck
 Fran
