[AlternativeAnswers] olive leaf extract for sinusitis
Hi -- I've been reading about the value of olive leaf extract for
sinus and well as an immune booster. My main interest in it is
helping with my chronic sinusitis which has been going on for over a
year now. I do nasal lavage daily, but still have problems and pain,
especially as we live on an island with rapidly and drastically
changing weather, which means the barometric pressure can change very
quickly, and does that hurt my sensitive sinuses! I don't have olive
leaf extract on hand, and live rurally, so can't get to shops often.
I do grow olives, so have fresh leaves. Would it be useful using
them in some way? I had thought of just breaking them up, putting
them in my teaball and pouring over boiling water to let steep for 10
minutes or so, and then having that become part of my twice-daily
 lemon and honey (homegrown!) tea.

 Cheers
