November Theme: Healing the Soul

In his book, "Healing the Soul in the Age of the Brain," Elio
Frattaroli, MD, writes, "Just as symptoms like fever and cough are
not diseases but rather the body's attempt to fight an infection, so
too… [emotional] symptoms like anxiety and depression are not
themselves diseases but rather the soul's attempt to resolve an
inner conflict." Identifying and healing this inner conflict is
something for which Western medicine has no solution: it's an
"inside job." This month we will look at various tools for
healing the soul.

Exploring Spirit is a weekly gathering open to all. Each month has a
theme; each week, a topic addressing that theme. The gathering consists
of an introduction of the weekly topic with open discussion, followed by
cleansing passes administered by the healing staff. Refreshments are
served after the gathering.
