Young Living Essential OIL

My understanding is the water needs to be in small amounts continuously throughout the day and I am not sure of the quantity. Amount difference did not occur to me as a question to ask the person. Sorry.

Hi Paula,

What if you only have one kidney? What should your water consumption be, do you know? I have a 2 year old daughter born with one kidney, so I am interested to know if I should do something different for her in that area.
