List Most people are actually allergic to cow's milk because of the
presence of lactose a naturally occurring sugar. This can be corrected
removing the sugar from the milk or taking special enzymes that helps
break down the sugars. In addition, homogenization breaks down the
aggregates of certain molecules (xanthines) whose normal size precludes
them from getting into the blood stream. Once there, create havoc with
the immune system of some individuals.
I am not aware of any problem created by pasteurization? Can anyone
elaborate?
