Thank you, Melissa. I will certainly do further research on the sites you've suggested. I went ahead and ordered FiveLac, which was recommended over ThreeLac by the distributor. And, I've purchased organic extra virgin coconut oil which I intend to begin using slowly and work my way up to three tablespoons per day. (I hope I bought the correct coconut oil!) In either case, hopefully, something will work. I'd rather try a treatment that doesn't work than not try anything at all--as long as it doesn't cause harm, that is. Some of what I've read on the web has said that Candida can actually get used to one product or another and become immune to it, this being one of the reasons it is difficult to treat. So, I don't know if staying on FiveLac for several months is a good thing or not. I hope to figure it out along the way. Thank you, again, for the information.
