 Hi Micki,
 
 I do not recommend chewable vitamins at all.  The good thing about 
 vitamin C is that the only "side" effect of too much is diarreah.  
 However, that 4 grams per day is for adults.  You can modify it down as 
 desired. 
 
 Masks are almost worthless, so washing hands frequently is the best 
 preventative along with C.
