 Margarine is not and never will be good food, no matter 
 what you add to it. Sally Fallon, author of "Nourishing 
 Traditions", believes new-fangled foods are to be avoided
 in favour of whole foods, ideally soaked, sprouted or fermented
 in traditional ways.
 
 Chickens are meant to scratch in the dirt, get exposure
 to sunshine, and eat worms, insects and whatever 
 greenery is around, including grass seeds.
 
 Blueberries and raspberries were great foods long before
 anyone could say anthocyanin or ellagic acid.
 And so on.
 
 If people need more of one particular vitamin or mineral,

 It is full of information on which foods contain which vitamin, 
 mineral etc. Delicious recipes as well.
 
 Never mind the function, eat FOOD!
