My child has the same diagnosis.  What meds has worked for Alex, if I may ask?

while i appreciate your comment about my son being a normal healthy teenager, this is not the case with my son. i have three other children all teenagers and they are the normal ones. with normal hormonal and teen issues. we did not go into alex's diagnosis with blinders on nor did we take the first doctors opinion. and we did all the other testing available such as mri's to rule out organic issues. we saw alex's mood swings as early as eight years old. i am not going to go into all the details of alex's issues but please understand i am not one of those parents who is just looking for a label to throw on my kid because i don't like the way he behaves. my mother acts the same way my teen does and she is 60 so i am thinking genetic link to bipolar as she is undiagnosed.
