Hi Jyll,

I would recommend Joy. I would also make sure
she has a good handle on her diet. The 'B'
vitamins are the feel-good vitamins, so she
might want to supplement. I liked Steve's
suggestion that she volunteer to get outside
of her head for a time, and let different
love help soothe that poor broken heart.
