I think that the lavender & helichrysm would work well, however as a massage therapist I wouldn't recommend much of a "massage." It would be best to lightly apply the oil, but to resist from rubbing the oils in too much. If his tiny blood vessels are already breaking the massage may cause them to break more because massage stimulates blood flow & circulation. So try the oils with a very, very light application.
