Young Living Essential OIL

I recently purchased this and started using it yesterday (especially to cleanse and get in better shape for my wedding on May 31! yay me!). I'm a vegetarian with a high-fiber diet, so I did not experience any uncomfortable bloating or gas with the product. But I experience sudden and extreme nausea approximately 10-15 min after drinking the shake (mixed only in cold water). I have not experienced vomiting yet, but the symptom only subsides after a lengthy visit to the bathroom (holding bucket in front of me - just in case). I did not realize that I should have purchased the "Digest + Cleanse" to accompany the product until after the fact, so now I'm stuck (too impatient to wait for an order...LOL). I got some relief (after bathroom visit) with distilled water and lemon. It finally subsides and I feel completely fine.

I WANT to think the severe nausea is just part of the "cleansing" symptoms experienced when the body de-toxifies, but it seemed odd for it to hit me so QUICKLY after drinking the shake. (Unless my colon is very healthy and it starts de-toxing me right away?? LOL) I made the mistake of drinking the first shake on the way to work, so now I'm starting it again on my days at HOME (just in case). This morning I had my first shake and experienced the same sudden/extreme nausea and had to go visit the bathroom til things subsided. No diarrhea..... all normal bowel function. I just drank my second lunchtime shake a few minutes ago and waiting to see if it happens again.

Will keep you posted, but wanted to find out if anyone else had this experience (or other "cleansing symptoms") with this product?
