[AlternativeAnswers] Re: belching - help!
Dear Andrea, I too have had that problem and I believe you are correct about being too acidic. I use a half of a fresh lemon squeezed into a glass of water 2 times a day. The other half of the lemon I use to clean the sink and counters as I've heard that once the air gets to the left over lemon it losses it's effect. Oh I use a straw to drink the lemon water so it doesn't get on my teeth.
Otherwise I try to stay away from acidic foods and if I am eating them I eat 80% alkaline foods with 20% acidic foods to help counteract the acidity.
