Young Living Essential OIL

There is a short video on you tube that shows some exercises.  They are very simple and take only a few minutes.  I have used them with success and so have some of my friends. It takes some time for the vertigo to clear, but do the execise every day.   I haven't found any meds that work unless your synptoms are caused by fluid in the inner ear, then u need to go to a doctor.
