     I have administered the spit test several times with varied and confusing results. It is good for what it is good for. Some swear by it and others prefer to go with more solid information. For the real goods go to www.stopyeast.com  On the home page it links you to the test and all its simple permiations. Falling to the bottom can mean YES YOU HAVE CANDIDA.  You will also find links on the same page that direct you to symptoms> and the long and short questionaire for determining yeast infection. For my money this is much more revealing and convincing.  On top of that they have lots of helpful information on the latest info on the subject.  Have Fun.
