[Essentially Ours] Re: Selenium Supply, etc.



Dear Group:

In case anyone doesn't already know, 2-3 Brazil Nuts a day is all that
is needed to
get enough Selenium, unless you already have a serious disease. I do
think those
who are doing this plus taking YL products are probably doing well,
though. You
just don't want to go overboard too far. Excess Selenium is toxic.
However, some Selenium
is very important for any anti-cancer program. So is Molybdenum (big
time), which comes
from eating beans.

With all that is going on in the world, I am trying to learn what
vitamins and minerals
can be found in herbs and foods, as well as buying supplements. Don't
get me wrong,
though, I buy lots of supplements, as long as they are chelated so they
can absorb.
