[Essentially Ours] Re: Making Your Own Nasal Inhalers
Dear Patricia and Lovely EO Group;
I have been following this for quite a while independantly from this chain in EO. Several years ago I was given a small handfull of PODS for use to combat weight loss. The stuff was greasy kids stuff and did not work because it did not have the only good YL oils in them. None the less the idea stuck with me as something of great worth.
I find that one of the great faults I have in my therapy program is consistency. I get busy during my day and simply forget to do my treatments. I believe that being able to cary around something in my pocket that I can simply pick up and smell and get a whiff of therapy is right up my alley.
Now is the time to get more specific about what the PODS are. They are small hollow pouches especiall designed to contain a pad that is designed to hold essential oils. They are about the same size as a credit card with a baby bump so to speak. The are very attractive, coloured and easy to slide open sniff and close and go. They are very easy to refil and the oils do not slosh around and leak. The pads and units can be purchase as one or seperately. That gives flexibility for using one pod for several uses with no-muss-no-fuss chainge of oils. It allows for having a complete selection of them for various uses.
I have been in touch with the ompany that produces and markets them and am awaiting more information on cost of the ones "au nature" so to speak.
One other things is that they produce transdermal pads for infusing the oils into for application on the skin. This is an interesting concept for me.
I will post the site as soon as I get all the details. I am very interested in making some of the recipies that I have for various things and have them available for use when needed.
