Vitamin B6 and gaba; you buy the vitmain and GABA at health food store;
Tea has natural Gaba; so drink green or black or white tea daily; ps
add a daily Vitmain B-complex with B6; so you are taking two B6's; one single at 50mgs ot 100mgs. and the B-Compelx with B-6
and Vit. c and Magneisum; saok feet in Epsomns salt and hot water dialy
