That means, man-made concoctions based on the incomplete
and ever-changing knowledge of nutritional science. Today it
is Omega 3, what will the fad be tomorrow?

Margarine is not and never will be good food, no matter
what you add to it. Sally Fallon, author of "Nourishing
Traditions", believes new-fangled foods are to be avoided
in favour of whole foods, ideally soaked, sprouted or fermented
in traditional ways.

Chickens are meant to scratch in the dirt, get exposure
to sunshine, and eat worms, insects and whatever
greenery is around, including grass seeds.

Blueberries and raspberries were great foods long before
anyone could say anthocyanin or ellagic acid.
